The pet taxi is mainly a pet only service, planned so your pet can make its appointment even when you cannot be there. Pickup and handover details, including who receives your pet at the other end, are agreed before the trip. If you would like to ride along, ask Juliann when you book, and she will tell you what is possible.

Have your pet's carrier, lead or travel setup ready at pickup, along with any paperwork the vet or groomer needs and clear instructions for the other end. A short note with your phone number helps if plans change on the day. Juliann confirms the pickup time and destination with you in advance, so the trip itself stays calm and simple.
